This week we were learning about Happy Healthy Hearts with a focus on keeping our body and mind healthy. We explored a range of healthy foods and engaged in daily physical exercises and mindfulness activities.
On Friday we celebrated Valentine’s Day a little early with a special Valentine’s Breakfast for the children. We enjoyed an array of Valentine theme food items including heart shaped toast, pancakes, sandwiches ❤️ and chocolate dipped strawberries ❤️ Followed by a Valentine’s disco.
