Year 3 pupils enjoyed making, tossing and eating delicious pancakes 🥞 in the school canteen today.
Lots of opportunities were availed of to extend Language and Literacy learning topically, as children participated in recipe writing ✍️, engaged with fact and fiction stories, rhymes and raps about pancakes and developed an awareness of Christian festivals around the world 🌍.
