Year 3 pupils from Mrs Young’ s class enjoyed a non uniform day to kick start children’s mental health week on Monday 6th February. We explored what makes us feel happy and what makes us feel unique through story, songs, rhymes, art activities and creative writing. A special visit from Year Six pupils provided the opportunity to connect with reading buddies, a friendship link we hope to continue with on World Book Day. A whole school assembly completed our week with fun golden time. We are proud to support Children’s Health Week and made lots of positive connections along our journey.
