Today was a very special day- it was a day that allowed every member of our school community to celebrate our love of books and reading. Some children came to school dressed up in their favourite book characters, while others came to school in their pyjamas celebrating stories that are read at bedtime.
We had a fun filled day where all the children designed their book covers, met up with the year 6 students to discuss and read their favourite stories, and create their own bookmarks. We even listened to some World Book Day raps and songs.
