Lots of fun with fitness this month. We have enjoyed a six week block of coaching from John. John has been working with us on Fundamental Movements and we have really enjoyed learning new skills and participating in fun games. We really hope he comes back soon.
We also had great fun with Fitness Freddie. Lots of movement, energy and laughs.
