A group of Year Seven pupils have been working away to produce a newspaper for kids which has just went on sale. It has even been popular with the adults!
This whole venture was initiated by Emily Hegarty, who was quickly joined by other enthusiastic journalists and illustrators. Like all keen entrepeneurs, the team planned ahead, assigned roles and reviewed progress. They even sought sponsorship.
The newspaper includes articles, puzzles, a colouring competition and much more. The publication has proved to be a huge success so look out for the next instalment in the Spring term.
