❤️ Happy, Healthy Hearts in Nursery ❤️
This month we have been learning all about happy, healthy hearts and our Valentine’s celebrations were filled with fun, love and healthy choices!
The children enjoyed a range of play‑based activities linked to our Valentine’s and healthy‑hearts theme. They explored real fruits and vegetables took part in daily exercise, and even measured their heart rates to discover how movement helps our bodies.
These activities helped reinforce the importance of looking after our hearts, staying active and making healthy choices—while still enjoying lots of Valentine’s joy, sensory play and art activities.
