This year our Nursery class are participating in a Shared Education initiative called ‘Sharing from the Start’.
We have two partner settings Omagh North Nursery School and Christ the King Nursery Unit. Our children will engage with children from the other settings and create friendships while visiting each setting.
The aim of our involvement in this initiative is to improve community cohesion, inclusion, diversity and educational outcomes for the children. We aim to fulfil this through bringing children from different settings and different community backgrounds together for joint sessions.
