With Valentine’s Day approaching, we took this week to explore the different ways we can keep our hearts happy and healthy. We engaged in daily exercise and experimented with different fruits to create our own healthy fruit smoothies. We talked about the people who make our hearts feel happy and celebrated Valentine’s Day by making cards and gifts for our families and sharing a special Valentine’s Breakfast with our friends.
