What a treat it was to have some sunshine at school today and what a perfect day it was for working outdoors!
Just look at the Year Twos from Miss Eccles’ class working away in our gardening area. The boys and girls worked so hard, as they raked, weeded, tidied, cleaned and even discovered new guests for our bug hotel! Throughout, the children worked on their own initiative, displayed fabulous teamwork and camaraderie; they were problem-solvers who worked with patience and perseverance, all whilst displaying care for the world around them and for each other as they worked.
