We are all parents of children in OIPS and we enjoy organising extra activites for the children.
Fundraising is a priority for us becasue the extra funds means extra fun! Equipment that is not allocated within the school budget can be provided from the funds we raise.
Parents Council is not all about raising extra cash, but also about providing the 'little extras' for the children and their classrooms.
From funds raised thoughout the year we hold a Halloween party and afternoon tea for the Year 4's after Holy Communion. We also host Christmas parties and other fun stuff that the children enjoy.
We hold our meetings on a monthly basis and we would really appriciate more volunteers.
