Children dressed up as their favourite book characters or stayed cosy in pyjamas and brought stories to share.
We enjoyed a visit from Year 6 pupils who shared stories with reading partners.
This was followed by a visit from Michael from action mental health who read stories about making us feel good.
In the afternoon, we designed book vouchers for an Art competition and labelled the parts of a book.
The story Mr Wolf’s Pancakes and The Runaway Pancake inspired us on Shrove Tuesday and we will continue sharing stories from around the world next week during Integrated Education Month.
