On Friday 19th February year 1 pupils explored houses in our local area. We walked to The Fairways beside our school and as always we were so well behaved for our teachers and classroom assistants. During the visit we met Brendan Mc Garvey who works with Building Control for Omagh and Fermanagh District Council. He talked to use about how houses and built and showed us drawings and objects used in the building process. We had a great time and we learned loads about building houses. On our walk we made sure to wear our high visibility vests so that everyone could see us!
