Last Friday , the 2nd of December, an army of marauding and blood thirsty Viking warriors sneaked in the gates of Omagh Integrated Primary School. They came searching for slaves, food and treasures to steal. But alas, Mrs Clements and Miss Finlay had other ideas because they were soon put to work designing Viking brooches and building longships. Only after a hearty feast at lunchtime did the Viking raiders get to journey to faraway lands to capture slaves and burn settlers' homes. A Drama lesson led by Miss Finlay completed a busy and fun day! We look forward to their return journey next year.
